All products sold by Franchini Group Ltd are covered for defects in materials and workmanship by the original manufacturer warranty lasting 24 months. In order to benefit from the warranty, the customer shall keep the purchase invoice provided by Franchini Group Ltd.

  1. The original manufacturer warranty lasts 24 months and covers products for defects in materials and workmanship. However the warranty will be valid only for products that have been handled correctly, used only for their intended purpose and accordingly with the enclosed technical documentation. Such term of warranty is intended for private consumers only (those who buy goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, and making a purchase with no indication of their VAT number). In case of defects in materials and workmanship Franchini Group Ltd will provide the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or price reduction, until the termination of the contract.
  2. In the case of inability to render to its customers a product covered by warranty (repaired or replaced), Franchini Group Ltd will consider, at its own discretion, refunding the paid amount – obviously taking into account the use and current state of the product – or replacing it with a product of equal or higher features.
  3. The amount of time required to repair or replace the product will depend solely on the policies and availability of the manufacturer and no liability can be ascribed to Franchini Group Ltd for any delays in the repair or replacement of the product.
  4. In the event that the application of the warranty requires the return of the product by the customer, the product must be returned in its original packaging and with all its original components (including any additional material such as manuals, technical documentations wires etc..). Please do not attach any labels or tape directly on the original package of the product. For such reason and to prevent any damage to the original package, we highly recommend to place it into a further box.

  1. The transport costs for shipping the item to service center and those for transportation from service center to customer's address are borne by the customer
